Lt. Scott Harbin, T-3-C, has been appointed to the position of C Shift South Division Rep.  He assumes the responsibilities immediately and will serve the three year term which ends September 30, 2012.

Lt. Harbin was appointed by President Anthony and confirmed by the Executive Board.  Should anyone in the South end on C Shift need any assistance, please call on your new Division Rep. as he stands ready to serve the members of this orginization.
