The following letter was sent to Director Benson about concerns that not only I have about discipline but you as well. Director Benson and I sat down and discussed topics in this letter the day after he received it. We still have not found common ground on all parts discussed but it is hopeful he will see that progressive discipline as spelled out in the MOU is the way to go. The dialog between 1784 and Fire Administration is open and I feel he will consider each section.
